Classic Rewind: Paul Tracy wins inaugural St. Pete Indy car race

Indy cars raced on the streets of St. Petersburg, Florida, for the first time in February 2003. Run under CART sanction, the event featured a promising French newcomer named Sebastien Bourdais sitting on pole position. But in the end, it was veteran Paul Tracy who drove to victory lane. As we prepare to open the 2019 NTT IndyCar Series season on the same circuit, we take a fond look back at that race broadcast.
