Pato O'Ward pulled off a clean sweep of both races Sunday at the Milwaukee Mile, winning the Snap-on Milwaukee Mile 250 and then the completion of the Snap-on Builders and Fixers 250, which was suspended due to rain and wet track conditions Saturday.

O'Ward became the first driver to win two INDYCAR SERIES races on the same day since Rick Mears swept a doubleheader in 1981 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

On a day filled with series history, Alex Palou finished 10th in the nightcap to clinch his fifth NTT INDYCAR SERIES championship and a series record-tying fourth title in a row. Palou, 29, is the youngest driver in INDYCAR SERIES history to win five titles.

David Malukas finished second and Rinus VeeKay third in the nightcap.
