Josef Newgarden pursued his dreams of competing in the Verizon IndyCar Series, and through a book he hopes to inspire youngsters to reach for the stars.
The 24-year-old CFH Racing driver is the main character in author/illustrator Chris Workman’s “Josef, The IndyCar Driver.”
Newgarden’s up-for-anything character and personal story about making it to Indy car racing through karting made him a great subject for the book, said author/illustrator Chris Workman.
