Ohioan Ryan Norman has taken an interesting route to the Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires series, starting his racing career in motocross, racing dirt bikes from age four until 14. He completed the three-day Skip Barber Racing School in 2014 and competed in the Summer Series. He then transitioned to formula cars, earning a second-place finish in the SCCA Runoffs in Formula Enterprise. Snapshot: Most of my time is focused on racing, especially over the past two years where it has become very serious. I spend a lot of time on my iRacing simulator. But I also love hanging out with my friends and flying down to Fort Myers, Florida where my dad lives and going to the beach and relaxing. I am a Cleveland Cavalier fan and Indians Fan of course! I have a big passion for music even though I can't sing or play an instrument. I listen to music pretty much 24/7. My favorite music lately has been house music like Cash Cash and Kygo, but my all time favorite song is Kings And Queens by Thirty Seconds to Mars.
