Why are we asking for your email address and postal code?

In an effort to effectively promote and bring value to the INDYCAR series, we are now requiring an authentic email address. In order to stay in touch with Live Timing & Scoring on either your mobile device, tablet, desktop/laptop computer, or on the INDYCAR Mobile App, please enter your email address and (for US Residents) your postal code.

Upon account creation, your email address and postal code submission will be placed into our database, and you will become a free member of INDYCAR Nation, the official fan club of INDYCAR and the NTT IndyCar Series. With your free membership, you will receive a weekly INDYCAR newsletter and select discounts from our official partners on INDYCARNation.com. You can, of course, unsubscribe at any time.

We assure you - your email address and postal code will not be sold to any third-party vendors ... that's not who we are.


How does the new Single-Sign-On feature work?

Users will be able to use a single User ID and password to access the INDYCAR Nation website, and all live features on both RaceControl.INDYCAR.com and the NTT IndyCar Series Mobile app. There is also a social login option that you can use to login via Twitter, Google, or Facebook for your convenience.

What do I do if I have an existing INDYCAR Nation membership?

If you have an existing INDYCAR Nation membership, you will receive an email address and temporary password to log into your account. Once signed in on INDYCAR Nation, you will be able to change your password.

With your INDYCAR Nation membership, we hope you will consider an INDYCAR Nation Champion or INDYCAR Nation Legend member. With these premier level memberships, users receive even larger opportunities by our partners, a sizeable discount for INDYCAR merchandise, a yearly membership packet, and opportunities for ultra-exclusive at-track events such as pace car rides, two-seater rides, private garage tours, and Victory Circle photographs.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot your password?” button on the main sign-in page. Once you verify your email address, you will be able to reset your password.


What if I haven’t received my verification email?

Please check your “spam folder” for the email. The email was sent from "msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com" with a subject line of "INDYCAR account email verification code".

If you have not received your email within ten minutes of your submission, please email support@indycar.com.
