Throughout the years, INDYCAR drivers have participated in some great events that made significant contributions to charitable causes. On Aug. 10, Firestone Indy Lights driver Mike Larrison continued that tradition -- in unique fashion.

Larrison, of Avon, Ind., dressed up as a drag queen in the Z'Sparkle Party and Drag Race to End Alzheimer's, an event that raised funds for the Alzheimer's Association Indiana Chapter. He twirled, shook and dazzled his way through the streets of Zionsville, Ind., in his floral halter dress, helping the organization raise more than $25,000. The event included two foot races -- for men in flat shoes and for men who wore heels -- and Larrison came out the victor of the flat race.
