Scott Dixon, who wrapped up his third IZOD IndyCar Series championship Oct. 19 at Auto Club Speedway, will be a guest Oct. 29 on "The Late Show with David Letterman" on CBS. Check local listings for time and channel.

Among other interviews and appearances in New York this week, Dixon will be a guest on "The Crowd Goes Wild" at 5 p.m. (ET) Oct. 30 on FOX Sports 1.

Dixon is among the Autosport Award nominees in the International Racing Driver of the Year category. His competition includes Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton, Jimmie Johnson, Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel.

IZOD IndyCar Series driver Justin Wilson is among the nominees for British Competition Driver of the Year. Sam Bird, Jensen Button, Paul Di Resta, Lewis Hamilton and Allan McNish also were nominated.
