Tony Kanaan and family with Indy 500 pace car Corvette

INDYCAR's #FastSix is a report that borrows from all things found online about NTT IndyCar Series racing, its drivers and people. We find pics, quips and the occasional GIF as INDYCAR drivers live their extraordinary lives and put the evidence on Twitter, Instagram and more. Check back regularly for the latest.

Anti-gravity rehab – check!

Another great update from our friend Robert Wickens as he continues his determined rehabilitation from the spinal cord injury sustained last year. The Arrow Schmidt Peterson Motorsports driver has upgraded to the Alter G machine! Looks pretty fast to us, Robert.

We’re here for sneak peeks

This was no April Fool’s prank. McLaren Indy gave us all a look at that familiar papaya orange that we hope to see Fernando Alonso in this May, as he competes for the second time in the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge. #IsItMayYet

Chef Harvey hits mark again

We’re salivating over these Jack Harvey cooking creations he’s been teasing us with on social media. The Meyer Shank Racing driver is as skilled in the kitchen as he is on track, and we’re just over here waiting for our invite for dinner, dessert, you name it, Jack.

Arrow the Malamute joins fight against cancer

Not only is Graham Rahal and Courtney Force’s dog Arrow about the best good boy we’ve ever seen, he’s also fighting cancer! Fans heading to Barber Motorsports Park this weekend have a chance to meet Arrow and hear about how Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing partner One Cure is teaming with dogs and people alike to beat cancer through extensive research that can help both humans and animals.

That’s a cause worth barking, or shouting, about.

Does Will Power even exist? Yes, in all our hearts

We’re always on the lookout for a good Penske Games video, but this extra from Team Penske is pure gold. Will Power tackles his biggest challenge yet – the internet – as it asks some very probing and existential questions about the reigning Indy 500 champion.

Teammates Josef Newgarden and Simon Pagenaud love it now, but they may not enjoy the Vegemite-flavored Nutella.

I want that, Daddy

Tony Kanaan helped Indianapolis Motor Speedway unveil the 2019 Indianapolis 500 pace car this week, with the help of wife Lauren and son Deco. After taking a lap around the oval in the 2019 Corvette Grand Sport, Deco told Dad that he wanted to take the car home.

It would give the Kanaans a matched set to go with the 2013 Corvette they already have, but Tony knows the only way to get this one is to win the 103rd running on May 26. Can you say motivation?
