Sebastien Bourdais and Max Chilton

After issues in qualifying, Sebastien Bourdais knew he would be in for anything but a Sunday drive during the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio. With 20 on-track passes in the 90-lap race, the driver of the No. 18 Team SealMaster Honda was the driver to watch on the 2.258-mile Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. The Dale Coyne Racing with Vasser-Sullivan driver's passes accounted for 10 percent of all overtakes in the event.

Bourdais, who finished sixth after starting last in the 24-car field, was the event's most efficient passer as well. He was never overtaken on the track in the race. In fact, his 16 passes for race position were 12 more than the rest of the field averaged.

Here’s how Bourdais’ day broke down by the numbers:

1 – Car that Bourdais passed on track the most (Matheus Leist, three times) ... Car outside of the top-five runners that he didn't pass (Charlie Kimball)

2 – Laps that Bourdais passed more than one car (Laps 12 and 13, he passed four cars to move from 21st to 17th)

6 – On-track passes made in Turn 2, the keyhole.

7 – On-track passes made in Turn 4. Bourdais’ average trap speed of 178.562 mph entering the corner was fastest among Honda drivers.

16 – On-track passes in which Bourdais gained a position.

17 – Different cars passed by Bourdais.

18 – Laps in which Bourdais made an on-track pass.
