Less than 24 hours after Will Power was crowned the Verizon IndyCar Series champion at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., drivers, teams, manufacturers and commercial partners reconvene at the LA LIVE entertainment complex at 800 Olympic Blvd. for the INDYCAR Championship Celebration.

Fans are welcome to meet the drivers starting at 4:30 p.m. (Pacific) during the red carpet festivities.

The party moves into the eclectic Club Nokia for the awards show hosted by Leigh Diffey of NBCSN that will be streamed live (below) and on the INDYCAR 14 app starting at 10 p.m. (Eastern).

The INDYCAR Championship Celebration also will be telecast at 10:30 p.m. (Eastern) Sept. 2 -- immediately following the re-air of the MAVTV 500 -- on NBCSN. Also, tune in to "The Late Show with David Letterman" this week as Power will be one of the guests. Check local listings.
