Track Info
The 2-mile oval plays host to the IZOD IndyCar Series for the first time since 2005 and under the lights for the first time.
There have been four IZOD IndyCar Series races conducted at the venue that opened in 1997 and CART races held from 1997-2002.
Originally know as California Speedway, on Feb. 21, 2008, the Automobile Club of Southern California became the title sponsor of the raceway, renaming it Auto Club Speedway.
