	SUBMISSION AGREEMENT This is an agreement between you and the Indy Racing League, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "IRL"). By providing photographs or other content ("Content") to the IRL, you hereby expressly grant to IRL an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license in perpetuity to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly perform, and display the Content, and otherwise use and exploit all or any part of the Content by any method (now existing or later developed) for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to IRL's automobile racing events and the broadcast thereof, IRL's website, and any automobile racing related products and services. If your voice, likeness, photograph, or other rights of publicity appear in the Content, you hereby grant to IRL an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license in perpetuity to use your rights of publicity in connection with the Content for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to IRL's automobile racing events and the broadcast thereof, IRL's website, and any automobile racing related products and services. Further, if a third party's rights of publicity appear in the Content, you represent and warrant to IRL that you have secured and hereby grant to IRL a license to use such third party's rights of publicity to the same extent as your own rights of publicity. You represent and warrant that: (a) you are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in and to such Content (except for any third party rights of publicity in the Content, to which you have obtained the right to license such publicity rights to IRL in accordance herewith); (b) the Content is not libelous, slanderous, or defamatory in nature; (c) IRL's use of the Content shall not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party (including, but not limited to third party rights of publicity); and (d) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have attained the age of majority in the province, state or country in which you live. You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless IRL from any and all claims, demands, causes of action or damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) brought against IRL based on its use of the Content and any proprietary rights embodied therein. You agree that you hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims whatsoever against IRL for its use of the Content (including, but not limited to any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary rights in any Content submitted to IRL). Any Content you send to IRL will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. To accept the terms of this submission agreement, click I accept. 1. Only JPGs 200 Kb or less will be accepted. 2. When uploading cars please make sure that the image is no larger 711 x 260 pixels. 3. The IRL logo must be on all designs. 4. Do not put in graphics or logos outside of the car design or they will not be approved. 5. Unfortunately, we can not post car designs using tobacco schemes.
