Bellardi Auto Racing

Belardi Auto Racing is owned by Brian Belardi, a former collegiate football player who has focused his competitive juices into auto racing.  Located  near Indianapolis, the Belardi team campaigns cars in the Indy Lights and USF2000 National Championship in support of the Mazda Road to Indy development ladder system.

Belardi is a tough competitor. A former defensive back at the University of Colorado, he had his eyes set on a NFL career before being sidelined with injuries, Belardi understands what it takes to compete at the highest levels of sports.  As a former driver, Belardi also understands the specific needs of racer that is in pursuit of a championship.

Santi's Road to Indy

  • 2015
    • Scored three wins, seven additional podium finishes and claimed two poles during his first year of racing in North America
    • Won the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires and BBS Rookie of the Year honors, earning a Mazda scholarship to assist in the graduation to Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires in 2016
  • 2014
    • Competed in the European GP3 Series, finishing 23rd overall
  • 2013
    • Finished fourth in the European Formula 3 series with two wins, a pole position, eight podium finishes and three fastest race laps
  • 2012
    • Finished fourth in the 24-race Formula Abath European series with three wins, a pole position, 11 podium finishes and three fastest race laps
    • Finished finished fourth in the 18-race Formula Abath Italian series, with three wins, a pole position, nine podiums and three fastest race laps
