Luke Gabin is an Australian racer who has, for the duration of 2014, raced in Open wheel cars in the Skip Barber Series in the United States. Until 2014, Luke raced Karts in his home state of Western Australia and along the East coast of Australia. Luke raced in several categories of Kart racing at an elite level in his mid teenage years. He is a Queensland State champion (2013) and a New South Wales State title  runner up in the KF category in the CIK Karting series.

Luke made a strategic move to Open Wheel racing after contesting and winning a shootout held by the Skip Barber racing school in the US that is open to Karters from around the globe. This afforded Luke a paid season in the Skip Barber racing series that is run in various race tracks across the US.

After winning the series (10 wins across 16 races), Luke was entitled to contest the Skip Barber/Mazda Motorsport Championship shootout available to the top ten racers in the Skip Barber winter and summer series.

Luke won the Skip Barber/Mazda Motorsport 2014 championship shootout and is therefore a Mazda sponsored driver in the 2015 USF2000 series which is the first step on the Road to Indy Ladder. USF2000 is an Open Wheel car racing series that runs as a support series alongside IndyCar.

Luke has signed up with Team Pelfrey as one of their four USF2000 car entries in 2015. After a stellar year in 2014, Luke Gabin is geared up and ready for the challenges of 2015, hoping to bring it home for Team Pelfrey.

Exclusive Autosport

Exclusive Autosport was founded in 2013 by Canadian entrepreneur Michael Duncalfe (President and CEO of Exclusive Management Inc.). The team is owned by Exclusive Management Inc.

When the opportunity presented itself for EM Inc. to work with Borland Racing Developments in 2013, EM Inc. felt it was the right time and a natural fit to move into the F1600 race circuit. In 2014 EM Inc. took over as importers and distributors in the North American market place. They officially launched the Spectrum 014z F2000 in early 2014. Under Duncalfe’s guidance, Exclusive Autosport has rapidly earned a reputation for excellence winning multiple open-wheel championships.

2013 was a breakthrough year for the young Exclusive Autosport team. The team won the 2013 Toyo Tires F1600 A-Class Championship, The Formula Tour F1600 Pro-Class Championship, the Formula Tour F1600 Rookie-of-the-Year Championship and the Formula Tour F1600 Masters Championship. On route to their championship titles, EA collectively captured 13 A-Class / Pro-Class Wins, 38 A-Class / Pro-Class podium finishes, 14 A-Class / Pro-Class Pole Positions, 4 A-Class / Pro-Class Track Records, 2 Masters Wins and 3 Masters Podiums.

Exclusive Autosport returned to Canadian Formula 1600 racing in 2014 in the Ontario based Toyo Tires F1600 Championship, the Quebec based Formula Tour F1600 Championship and the Formula 1600 Super Series. The team also traveled south to the United States to attend the F1600 Formula F Series as well as the F2000 Championship Series. 2014 proved to be another championship winning year for the team as they collected the Formula Tour 1600 Pro Class and Masters Championships, the Toyo Tires F1600 A-Class and Rookie Championships and the inaugural F2000 Canada Championship. As a team, the six drivers collected 19 A-Class / Pro Class wins, 34 A-Class / Pro Class podiums, 13 A-Class / Pro Class pole positions, 1 track record, 3 masters wins and 8 masters podium finishes.

Exclusive Management Inc. (EM Inc.) has already established themselves in the motorsports industry and is well known for their driver management and driver development. Their drivers have secured numerous race wins, podium finishes and pole positions, rookie of the year championships, a Team USA Scholarship and nominations for Team Canada F1600. EM Inc. drivers are on the podium in over 80% of the races they enter. Exclusive Management Inc. has had great success in both open wheel and sports cars and have worked with standout drivers Thomas McGregor, Jack Mitchell Jr., Shelby Blackstock, Gregory Liefooghe, Jayson Clunie and David Levine. EM Inc. drivers are highly sought after in the motorsports industry.

In 2017, Exclusive Autosport will expand to join the Cooper Tires USF2000 series, the first step in the Mazda Road to Indy program.
